Our star folded filter cartridges are used everywhere in de-dusting. Normally they are exposed with dusty air from the outside. The cleaning of the dust from the filter material surface is either done by shaking, which will be supported by the built-in coil spring, or with air pressure against the contaminated side.
The filter cartridges are produced according to the de-dusting case from paper, or synthetic clothes respectively needle felts. The solid filter materials are approved by the BIA (Workmen's compensation board institute for work protective) and released for air return to the workstation. As the maximum work temperature is 80°C permitted.
Special filter cartridges such as the multi-cell cartridge, the long-filter cartridge, the wood dust-filter-cartridge with brush-cleaning or compact-filter elements can be delivered on request. Even spare parts like cartridge fixings, cleaning nozzles and electronic controls for fully-automatic cleaning belong to our extensive delivery program.
